Journal Entry 2: "Unlike Terms"

X is different from x^2 because x^2 is being squared and x is by itself. We can combine terms that have the same exponent because they are similar and are like terms. Some things we can do to remember how to add and subtract integers are by remembering and using K.F.C. Yes, 8m-2m is the same as 8m+-2m. Coefficient is the number in front of the variable that tells us how many variables we have. Coefficients are important because the coefficient tells us the number of variables we have.
